Alex Summers (him/his) is the Associate Medical Officer of Health at the Middlesex-London Health Unit. He completed his training in family medicine, and public health and preventive medicine at the University of Toronto. He also holds a Masters of Public Health with a focus on quantitative methods from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. In his current portfolio, he provides consultation on environmental health and communicable diseases, oversees population health assessment and surveillance activities, and helps to provide strategic direction for the organization.
